Senior Studios: Little Loom Weaving

FREE for area seniors (62+). Gather with friends—or make new ones—at the Arts Center for studio fun!

*A $10 deposit is required for participation, and will be returned upon completion of the class*

Little looms are trending! Pocket-sized pieces that you can take with you wherever you go and use very small amounts of fiber. These tiny weavings can produce jewelry, coasters, and home décor – and are a very therapeutic way to experience and experiment with fiber art.

Come learn basic techniques, tools, starting and finishing. Try geometric weaving, loop-making, fringing, then take your little loom home to make more! We’ll have lots of fiber choices and tools to make simple, mini woven gems.
